Security and data handling
A practical description of the controls implemented in QualiRoster. Updated September 20, 2026.
Workspace and document access
Authenticated requests check organization membership. Owner, admin, manager and viewer roles limit actions. Document access checks the requesting workspace before returning a stored file. Public renewal links are scoped to a request and can expire; treat them as private links.
Infrastructure and service providers
The app uses Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2 for application processing, records and document storage. Stripe processes checkout payments. OpenAI processes document extraction requests when that feature is used. Transactional email is delivered through the configured email service. Contact us for procurement questions about your intended use.
Human review of extracted information
AI output is proposed data. An authorized person must check the document and confirm or correct the relevant fields. Extraction does not verify licensing status with an issuing authority or determine whether someone may legally perform work.
The free spreadsheet checker
The checker processes your file in your browser. Its optional continuation stores only mapped employee names, credential names, dates and expiration types in the current tab for up to 30 minutes. You review the table and explicitly select Import before those rows are sent to your workspace. Clear removes that optional draft.
Optional analytics
Analytics tools run according to cookie consent. Employee names, emails, credential numbers, document contents and private renewal tokens are excluded from the product analytics payloads. Operational records used to provide the service are separate from optional analytics. See the privacy policy.

Email support@herazur.us with a description and a safe way to reproduce the issue. Do not email passwords, card details or full workforce documents. This page does not claim SOC 2 certification, a HIPAA agreement or a guaranteed service level.
