Data used to provide QualiRoster

Account, organization, workforce, credential, and uploaded-document data is processed to provide the service. Operational records are not intentionally sent to analytics vendors.

Analytics and attribution

If you allow analytics cookies, QualiRoster may use PostHog for product usage, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for acquisition and conversion measurement, and Microsoft Clarity on public marketing pages for aggregated interaction insights. Tools whose configuration IDs are absent are not loaded.

Analytics may include page paths, broad campaign parameters, referral source, product event names, industry, and aggregate count buckets. We prohibit sending employee names, email addresses, phone numbers, license or credential numbers, document filenames, document contents, and renewal-token URLs.

Your choices

Necessary storage supports security and core application behavior. Analytics and marketing categories are optional. You can reject them or change your selection at any time using Cookie Preferences.

Retention and access

QualiRoster retains customer records as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate security and legal obligations. Contact the service operator to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
