For an account question, write from the email you use to sign in. Describe what you expected and what happened. Do not include passwords, card details or employee documents.
Plan a small pilot
Tell us your trade, approximate worker count, current spreadsheet process and the next renewal you need to manage. Start with 3 workers and 5 credentials, then test one reminder, one document submission and one review. Use only records you are authorized to process.
Ask about a pilot or importBilling and cancellation
Contact support to request a plan change or cancellation of an existing subscription. Include your workspace name, but no payment card information. For a new subscription, review the published plans and the final total in checkout before confirming payment.
