An authorized user selects the worker and credential type, then sends a request. The worker follows a secure single-use link, submits the document, and sees a clear confirmation. The submission enters a review queue instead of immediately becoming an accepted credential.
What information can be extracted from a document?
When document extraction is configured, QualiRoster can propose visible fields such as credential name, number, issuing authority, issue date, and expiration date. The proposal is assistance, not an approval decision; the reviewer confirms or corrects the fields.
Ambiguous or missing fields stay visible to the reviewer.
Manual entry remains available when a document cannot be read reliably.
Uploaded files remain private and scoped to the organization.
Why separate submission from approval?
Separating submission from approval prevents a worker upload or extraction guess from silently changing the official record. It also gives administrators a clear place to reject an unsuitable document or correct data before acceptance.
