Straightforward pricing for trade teams

The 14-day trial requires no card and allows up to 25 workers. You can test imports, credential records, documents, AI extraction, email reminder policies, worker submissions and reports. Starting a paid subscription begins billing on the interval you choose.

Each non-archived person in your workspace counts toward the limit, including people marked inactive. Starter supports 25 workers, Pro 100 and Business 300. For example, a 25-worker team fits Starter at $39/month; a 50- or 100-worker team fits Pro at $79/month. A worker can have multiple credential records. Administrators are workspace members; they only count as workers if you also add them to the roster. There is currently no separate administrator seat limit by plan.

All paid plans include the core credential workflow: CSV imports, credential records, documents, AI extraction, email reminders, worker renewal links, human review and reports. The difference the product enforces today is the worker limit.

The trial does not charge you automatically. If you have not started a paid subscription, workspace reads remain available and write actions require an active plan. You can visit Billing to start a subscription. Trial expiry does not itself delete your records.

An extraction reads a submitted document and proposes credential fields for a person to review. Extraction is not issuing-authority verification, and an administrator approves every proposed field before it becomes a record. Extraction is available on the trial and on every paid plan. QualiRoster does not currently meter or cap the number of extractions per month, so no extraction quota is enforced today; if per-plan caps are introduced, the limits will be published before they take effect.

Yes, from Billing — you do not need to email anyone. An owner or admin opens Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal for your workspace, where you can switch plans, move between monthly and annual, update the card or cancel. Changes made there sync back to your workspace automatically. Do not start a second subscription to change plans. When a cancellation takes effect and the subscription becomes inactive, existing records remain readable, write actions are blocked and automated renewal reminders stop. Prices are listed in USD; review any taxes and the final amount shown by Stripe before confirming.

Yes. Annual billing charges twelve months at the price of ten: $390 Starter, $790 Pro and $1,490 Business, billed once per year in USD. Choose Annual in Billing before you check out, or open Manage subscription to move an existing subscription between monthly and annual. Stripe shows the exact amount, any tax and any proration before you confirm. An annual term is paid upfront. If an annual plan turns out not to be right for you, contact support within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.

You can export compliance summaries as CSV and import up to 300 credential rows per CSV file. Contact support before sending workforce data if you need help mapping columns or discussing a larger import.
